Agent model setup

The MultiPost extension Agent requires your own model account on UnderSky (recommended) or OpenRouter. MultiPost credits cannot top up UnderSky; Agent usage is billed by the provider you choose.

Prepare an UnderSky key#

1. Sign up or sign in
2. Add credits under Credit & usage
3. Create a key under API Keys and copy it

Save in MultiPost#

1. Install or update the MultiPost extension, refresh this page, and sign in to MultiPost
2. Open Settings → Extension, paste the API key into the password field (no file upload)
3. Set the decision model to ~typesafe/jev-latest or pick from Fetch models
4. Save, then use Test saved settings if needed

Keys stay in extension local storage only. During Agent runs, the key and required page context are sent over HTTPS temporarily to the MultiPost AI Gate, which forwards requests to your provider without storing the key. OpenRouter remains available with OpenRouter billing.

Upgrading old configs#

If you already saved a model API key before the provider upgrade, update the extension and keep using the same key on UnderSky. You do not need a new key. If settings report a custom model service is unavailable, choose UnderSky or OpenRouter and enter an API key.
